Refund Policy

Due to the nature of AI-generated digital content, all sales are final once report generation begins. If you experience a technical issue preventing report delivery, contact support@tomdyn.com within 7 days for a full refund.

Why we have this policy

Our premium reports are generated on demand by large-language models. Each report consumes real compute and API costs at the moment you click “generate.” Once that compute has been spent, the underlying cost cannot be recovered, so the report itself is non-refundable in the ordinary sense.

When we will refund you

We will issue a full refund in any of the following circumstances, provided you contact us within 7 days of the purchase:

  • Your report failed to generate or was never delivered to you due to a technical issue on our side.
  • The delivered report is empty, truncated, or visibly corrupted.
  • You were charged more than once for the same single-report purchase (duplicate charge).
  • You were charged without authorization (suspected fraudulent transaction).

When refunds do not apply

  • You don't like the tone, length, or content of an AI-generated result. AI output is inherently variable; you can regenerate within your usage limits.
  • You disagree with the personality type, color palette, life trajectory, or other analytical output. These are for entertainment and self-reflection, not professional advice.
  • You changed your mind after report generation has begun.
  • More than 7 days have passed since the purchase.

Unlimited Pass subscriptions

The Unlimited Pass is a recurring monthly subscription. You may cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. We do not refund partial months. If you were charged for a renewal you intended to cancel and you contact us within 7 days of the charge having used none of that period's allowance beyond what the free tier provides, we will issue a refund as a goodwill gesture.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@tomdyn.com from the address you used to purchase.
  2. Include the Stripe receipt / payment ID (it's in your receipt email) and a brief description of what went wrong.
  3. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

Statutory rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction (for example, the EU Consumer Rights Directive). Where a longer cooling-off period or stronger refund right applies by law, the law prevails.
